Salutation the Buddha:
Let us begin by reciting the following verses as a mark of respect for the great compassion and wisdom of the Buddha, the Fully-Enlightened One.

Explain about the Samatha and Vipasana Meditation:
The vessel of prcticing the samatha and vipasana is the one who possess the family of noble. The noble potential is one who is endowed with a little desire and contentment. The noble caste can be into four aspects. They are:
1. Being content with some few cloths, whatever.
2. Being content with some dwelling, whatever.
3. Being content with some little alms, whatever.
4.Taking joy in abandonment and meditation.
There are two means of entering into the Samatha and Vipasana Meditation:
They are:
One. The gate way of Samatha is listening to the instruction that is suitable to bring the knowledge of truth and contemplating on them.
Two. The entrance for the Vipasana is mindfulness of the intake, expiration of the breath and imaging ugliness. Above mentioned are mainly taught in the basic teachings.
Then, one should start the meditation with the seven point posture of the Buddha Vairochanain your body and the mind with boddhichita and seven branches of practice. While you perform the seven branches practice, you visualize all the Buddha and their heirs who dwell in the 10 directions of universes in the space before you or any their stues or painting in the shrine you arranged.
